Reporting to the Controller, pdvWireless is looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to join our team of professionals. The Assistant Controller will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the financial and operational processes needed to support our company’s growth.


As the Assistant Controller you will be primarily responsible for key functions such as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting department, the timely completion of the monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes, along SEC reporting, as well as being responsible for the financial and Sarbanes Oxley annual audits. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for ensuring the company is compliance with US GAAP, as well as implementing new accounting guidance, including the preparation of memo, processes and controls. The Assistant Controller will also manage and develop the Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions.


To be successful in this role, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10 years of experience. A CPA and Public Company experience is required. The Assistant Controller must have a solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, SEC reporting and SOX compliance. Must be a self-starter, strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
